Johannesburg - Deputy President Cyril Ramaphosa will, on Tuesday 26 July 2016, join the City of Johannesburg’s Executive Mayor, Parks Tau in a ceremony to announce the City of Johannesburg and Microsoft South Africa’s skills development partnership programme.
