Deputy President David Mabuza will tomorrow, 7 July 2018, welcome 260 Cuban-trained medical students who are returning to South Africa at a reception ceremony to be held at the OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg.

Deputy President Mabuza is the Chairperson of the Human Resource Development Council of South Africa, which looks into issues of human capital and skills development in the country.
